Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the sustainability strategy to achieve our 2026 Net-Zero and carbon reduction targets.
- Technology Integration: Identify and integrate emerging green technologies (e.g., AI-driven energy optimization, smart grids) into our operational infrastructure.
- ESG Reporting: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of Environmental, Social, and Governance data to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive teams to embed sustainability into every layer of the business.
- Resource Optimization: Analyze resource usage data to implement efficiency protocols that reduce waste and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sustainability strategy, corporate social responsibility, or clean technology sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and knowledge of environmental compliance standards (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects with a clear timeline (e.g., 2026 milestones).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
