Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for systems critical to the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Define technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices to maintain code quality across distributed teams.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Guide the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures, reducing technical debt.
- Mentor junior engineers and mid-level architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of architecting solutions for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile environments and a demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex transitions.
