We are seeking a visionary Senior Technical Architect to drive the technical roadmap for our upcoming 2026 product suite. Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Own and articulate the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- System Design: Architect complex, high-availability distributed systems and microservices environments.
- Code Quality & Standards: Lead architecture reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices across the engineering department.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Optimize cloud resources on AWS or Azure to ensure cost-efficiency and high performance.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot critical technical challenges and drive resolution strategies for complex architectural issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or technical lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript) and frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
