Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering, data, and infrastructure roles related to the 2026 World Cup legacy projects.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, social media, networking) to identify top-tier talent in the tech and event sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates in the sports and technology industries.
- Track key recruitment metrics (KPIs) to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in software engineering, IT operations, or event infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical stack knowledge.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles and market data.
