Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in AI, Software Engineering, and Data Science.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
- Client Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline and utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate interactions and pipeline health.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Engineering or AI/ML sector.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in advanced Boolean search techniques and experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or Gem.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse technical audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical roles, stack requirements (React, Python, AWS, etc.), and evaluate candidate technical depth.
- Result-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual recruitment metrics and revenue targets.
