Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Execute advanced technical sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social recruiting, and AI-driven tools to identify passive candidates in AI, NLP, and Robotics.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from identifying talent needs and writing job descriptions to screening, interviewing, and closing top engineering talent.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines for future 2026 projects.
- Employer Branding: Represent Apex Horizon Group at tech conferences and virtual events, enhancing our reputation as a top employer for futuristic tech professionals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, pipeline velocity, and time-to-hire to continuously improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the software engineering or AI/ML space.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology related to AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and senior engineers alike.
- Location: Must be based in the United States (San Francisco Bay Area preferred).
