Responsibilities
- Architect Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking recruitment strategy tailored to the 2026 tech landscape, focusing on AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Predictive Sourcing: Leverage advanced ATS tools and Boolean search techniques to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates, anticipating market shifts.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, positioning Nexus Horizons as the premier destination for the future of work.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, seamless candidate journey from the first touchpoint to the offer stage, ensuring our brand reputation remains stellar.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to define hiring needs and understand the technical nuances of the roles.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on salary benchmarks and talent acquisition best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth startups or enterprise tech environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with modern tech stacks (React, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Networking: Proven ability to network effectively and build long-term relationships within the tech community.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on the future.
