Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify site architecture issues, crawl errors, and indexability problems.
- Implement and optimize Schema.org markup to enhance rich snippets and improve click-through rates.
- Lead initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, and overall site speed performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and content creators, to enforce SEO best practices in code and content strategy.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates (Google Core Updates) and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Utilize advanced tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track keyword rankings and technical health.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Deep understanding of canonicalization, redirects, robots.txt, and sitemaps.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and BigQuery for data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
