Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism).
- Integrate AI-driven logic into decentralized protocols to automate complex workflows.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement best practices for gas optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Web3 vision.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to open-source projects within the ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Web3 and Blockchain development.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Experience integrating machine learning models with blockchain smart contracts.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, token economics, and cryptographic principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
