Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development: Design, implement, and audit secure smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust.
- Architecture Design: Architect high-throughput, scalable blockchain protocols capable of handling millions of transactions per second.
- Security First: Conduct rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect user assets and data integrity.
- Gas Optimization: Implement state-of-the-art optimization techniques to reduce transaction costs and improve user adoption.
- Interoperability: Develop bridges and protocols for seamless asset transfer between different blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot).
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Languages: Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms (Proof of Stake, etc.), and cryptographic primitives.
- Tools: Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Passion: A strong belief in the Web3 philosophy and a track record of contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
