Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content for local and national markets.
- Assist in writing and editing SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website copy.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and SEO performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Support social media campaigns by creating engaging posts and managing community interaction.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual assets align with SEO best practices.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and project tracking spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HTML or WordPress is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
