Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive organic traffic growth.
- Assist in building talent pipelines by utilizing advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for maximum SEO performance.
- Support the HR team with onboarding materials and candidate communication.
- Analyze website analytics (Google Analytics) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Write engaging blog posts and social media content that rank well.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (meta tags, sitemaps, on-page optimization).
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
