Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic for job listings and company career pages.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value recruitment keywords.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and engineering roles using Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions that attract passive candidates.
- Analyze website performance data using Google Analytics and Search Console to optimize conversion rates.
- Manage social media content to boost employer branding and talent engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.
