Apex Digital Solutions is seeking a highly motivated SEO & Technical Recruiting Intern to join our growing team. We are looking for someone ready for an immediate start who is passionate about the intersection of digital marketing and talent acquisition. This is a paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will support our SEO specialists in optimizing web content and assist our technical recruiters in sourcing top-tier talent. You will gain valuable insights into both the technical side of SEO and the human-centric side of recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO strategies.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various technical recruitment platforms.
- Optimize on-page content for search engines while ensuring readability.
- Screen incoming resumes and candidate applications for technical roles.
- Analyze website traffic data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the marketing team with basic social media content management.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to refine recruitment funnels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Strong interest in technical recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
