Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and implementation strategies
- Write clean, efficient code following industry best practices and company standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
- Debug and resolve issues across multiple environments (development, staging, production)
- Implement responsive design principles for optimal user experience
- Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (React preferred)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development tools
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through summer 2024
