Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement scalable software solutions.
- Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting code in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review meetings.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices to improve our stack.
- Document technical specifications, API endpoints, and user manuals.
- Support the QA team in identifying bugs, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly web and mobile applications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Git version control and the software development life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week during the semester.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
