Responsibilities
- Development: Design, code, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Testing & QA: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and performance.
- Agile Process: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintenance: Debug existing codebases and optimize application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience (for Full Time) or currently pursuing a degree (for Internship).
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript; familiarity with SQL and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
