Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, code, test, and debug high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Architecture: Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system design, and implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-centric products.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure all code meets company standards and best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation for existing and new systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in software development (internship experience considered for Summer/Fall roles).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Experience with SQL and relational databases is required.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) or back-end frameworks (Django, Spring Boot) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
