Responsibilities
- Develop and test features for cloud-native applications using Python and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Agile methodologies
- Debug and optimize code for performance and security
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore-Senior)
- Proficiency in Python and one additional language (Java/JavaScript/C++)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects or hackathons
- Strong written communication and teamwork abilities
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for 20+ hours/week through December 2024
