Responsibilities
- Develop microservices using Python/Java in AWS cloud environment
- Write unit tests and CI/CD pipelines for quality assurance
- Optimize database queries and API performance
- Contribute to open-source projects under mentor guidance
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python/Java/Go)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures/algorithms
- Previous internship or academic project experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
