Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications under mentor guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tool development
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document code and create technical documentation
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Complete hands-on coding challenges and skill-building exercises
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Eligible for academic credit (must coordinate with your institution)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week during academic semester
