Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing codebases.
- Assist in the debugging and troubleshooting of software issues to ensure high system availability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Engage in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track progress and align with project goals.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to team challenges.
- Support the deployment process and monitor application performance in production environments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) or mobile development platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Availability to work full-time during the Summer/Fall semester.
