Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy microservices using Python, Java, and React
- Optimize algorithms for real-time data processing pipelines
- Implement CI/CD workflows using AWS and Docker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Jira and Confluence
- Conduct unit testing and code reviews using industry best practices
- Participate in sprint planning and stand-up ceremonies
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
- Present project outcomes to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Available for 20-30 hours/week from June through December
- Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating personal projects
