Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative improvements.
- Write clear and concise code documentation for internal tools and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) to troubleshoot bugs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support QA processes to identify and fix potential issues before deployment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus, but not strictly required.
- Available to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week during the semester.
