Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design API endpoints
- Implement unit tests and CI/CD pipelines for code quality
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Debug and optimize application performance
- Document technical specifications and create user guides
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in Python and basic web frameworks (Django/Flask)
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles
- Experience with Git version control systems
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available to commit 15-20 hours per week for 3+ months
