Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement feature enhancements and bug fixes
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain clean, documented code following best practices
- Build and test RESTful APIs using Python and Django frameworks
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document technical specifications and create user-friendly documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one backend technology
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer or fall semester
