Responsibilities
- Develop and test new features for our cloud-based SaaS platform using Java/Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Contribute to code documentation and API design specifications
- Optimize application performance through database query refinement
- Implement CI/CD pipeline improvements for automated testing
- Present project progress and technical solutions to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React preferred)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Git version control and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during Summer/Fall 2024
