Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software components for IoT and telematics systems
- Collaborate on agile development cycles using Scrum methodologies
- Write clean, efficient code in C++ and Python
- Conduct unit testing and debugging of automotive software modules
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in C++, Python, or Java
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and Git
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of automotive systems or IoT platforms preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to commit 20+ hours/week through fall semester
