Responsibilities
- Develop and test features for scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement API integrations
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team development practices
- Debug and optimize application performance across different environments
- Create technical documentation for new features and system components
- Experiment with emerging technologies like AI/ML integration for product enhancement
- Present project progress and technical solutions to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3; experience with React or Vue.js preferred
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of RESTful API design and database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL)
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team settings
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer or fall 2023 semester
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
