Responsibilities
- Develop microservices and REST APIs using Python/Java in cloud-native environments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for automated testing/deployment
- Collaborate with UX designers to build responsive front-end applications with React/TypeScript
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to Jira workflows
- Debug and optimize application performance using monitoring tools like Datadog
- Document technical specifications and contribute to team wikis
- Present project progress to stakeholders during quarterly showcases
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Sophomore-Senior standing)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development tools
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects or hackathons
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
