Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Python, Java, and Node.js
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline optimization and automated testing
- Debug and resolve production issues with senior engineer guidance
- Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews
- Experiment with emerging technologies like Kubernetes and serverless architecture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for 3-6 months starting June-September 2024
