Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python
- Build responsive frontend components with React and TypeScript
- Implement automated testing suites using Jest and Cypress
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore/Junior level)
- Proficient in JavaScript/Python with knowledge of data structures
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/GCP) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithm fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be able to commit to 20+ hours/week during semester
