Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and web platforms.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement features and fix bugs in our existing codebase.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve product functionality.
- Support database management and API integration tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must be eligible for and willing to earn college credit for this internship (required).
- Strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Ability to commute to our NYC office 3 days a week.
