Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Code: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Java, Python, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to define features and implement solutions.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Code Reviews: Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews to maintain high coding standards and learn best practices.
- Database Management: Assist in designing and querying databases to support application functionality.
- Technical Documentation: Document technical specifications and user guides to support team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript) and familiar with SQL.
- Academic Background: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
