Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious individual to support our development team in San Antonio. You will assist in designing, coding, and testing applications while learning the best practices of professional software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing software modules and applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on team deliverables.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high-quality application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with company standards.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work onsite 3 days a week.
