As an intern, you will work side-by-side with senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our core products, participate in agile ceremonies, and receive mentorship from industry leaders. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive stipend and a pathway to full-time employment upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and test new features using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and performance issues in existing applications.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to support the development lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools to propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go).
- Web Development: Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
