Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior developers and product managers to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Debug: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and maintain clear communication with the team regarding project status.
- Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to improve user experience and streamline internal processes.
- Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions to stay aligned with team goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug complex problems effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available for the full duration of the summer program (minimum 12 weeks) and able to work 40 hours per week.
