As an intern, you will be fully integrated into our Agile squads, working side-by-side with senior architects and product managers. You will contribute to real codebases, attend architecture reviews, and receive mentorship from industry veterans.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Feature Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, writing complex SQL queries to support data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Investigate and resolve software bugs and technical issues in a production environment.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, QA testers, and product owners to deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (graduation date within 12 months).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases is highly desirable.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
