Responsibilities
- Core Development: Design, write, and debug code in Python, Java, or JavaScript for scalable web applications.
- System Optimization: Assist in refactoring legacy code and optimizing database queries for improved performance.
- Testing & QA: Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software reliability and security.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specs, and user guides.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within a cross-functional team.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users or detected during automated testing.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
