Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to design, develop, and test new software features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python or JavaScript.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced development environment.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing web applications and APIs.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++) and basic data structures/algorithms.
- Understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.
- Ability to work on-site in Oakland, CA, three days a week.
