Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure deployment on AWS
- Write unit/integration tests with JUnit and Mockito
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Debug and optimize application performance
- Create technical documentation for new features
- Present project progress to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore+ status)
- Proficiency in Java or Python with OOP fundamentals
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Availability for 20-40 hours/week during internship period
