Responsibilities
- Develop and test microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud databases
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Debug and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers on responsive web interfaces
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript (academic projects acceptable)
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall semester
