Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy microservices using Python, Java, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate in agile sprints to build scalable solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and conduct automated testing with Jenkins and Selenium
- Optimize application performance through database tuning and caching strategies
- Document technical specifications and contribute to open-source projects
- Present project milestones to engineering leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java/C++ preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through hackathons or personal projects
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through December 2024
- Excellent verbal communication and teamwork abilities
- 3.5+ GPA or equivalent academic achievement
