Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- Contribute to microservices architecture through API development and integration
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing workflows
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize user experience through data-driven iterations
- Debug and resolve production issues using performance monitoring tools
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Present project progress and demos to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (graduating Dec 2024 or later)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects or hackathons
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week during internship term
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
