Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain microservices using Python, Java, and React frameworks
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
- Write optimized SQL queries and contribute to database schema design
- Collaborate in Agile sprints to deliver features aligned with sprint goals
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
- Debug and resolve production issues using monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- Present project progress and technical solutions to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Previous internship experience or personal projects preferred
