Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Participate in agile sprints, writing clean, documented code and contributing to code reviews
- Debug and optimize existing systems to improve performance and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver feature releases
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation for internal tools
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with React or Vue.js frameworks
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in collaborative environments
- Available for 20-25 hours/week from June through December 2024
- Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating personal projects (strongly preferred)
