Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers and engineers to design, develop, and test software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in various programming languages.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Assist in the deployment of updates and maintenance of existing systems.
- Document technical requirements and provide regular progress updates to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to commit to a 12-20 hour work week during the Summer/Fall term.
