Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, coding, and testing high-quality software components.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to refactor and improve existing codebases.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and API specifications.
- Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Available to start in Summer or Fall 2024 with a commitment of at least 12 weeks.
