Responsibilities
- Develop and Test: Write clean, scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile development environment.
- Debug: Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and API specifications to facilitate team communication.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Deploy: Assist in the deployment of applications to production environments and monitor system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug complex code structures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the Summer or Fall semester (20-30 hours/week).
- Passion: Genuine interest in learning new technologies and contributing to open-source projects.
