Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize system performance
- Write clean, testable code following industry best practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Debug and resolve production issues using monitoring tools like Datadog
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Present project progress and technical solutions to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, REST APIs, Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week through summer/fall 2024
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in fast-paced environments
